The pourpose is to help youth to push themselves and discover their own abilities and limits. We prepare youth through physical and mental challenges, to identify those qualities that make a good leader and come to be familiar to deal with pressure out of their comfort zone, and to improve their decision making skills. We provide feedback sessions, and put them to test which becomes an opportunity for personal development, as they will have to take care of some aspects of the regular camp program and co-lead activities for other campers One of the highlights is the traditional 72 hour hike where campers will have have to use a map and compass to independently navigate the local countryside. Ofcourse, leadership campers will also have a chance to enjoy the rest of program areas at camp, from the beach at the lake, to the archery range, the football courts or the climbing wall. All campers will obtain a Leadership Award and a First Aid Certificate.
