Counselors, language coaches and interns we have interviewed and prepared. You meet each one on video before you decide.
€150 per counselor per week
International campers
Your programs in front of families abroad, with registrations and payments handled by us.

Membership

One membership for staff, campers and school groups. Paid after you sign the agreement.
Paid Counselor Placement
€150 per counselor per week
You employ the counselor, pay the salary directly and cover the processing paperwork. Minimum 8 weeks. The training week counts: 1 + 7 = 8 weeks for a 7-week season.
Cultural Camp Experience
€150 per volunteer per week + €375 per volunteer
Volunteers: you pay them no money. You give training and certifications, room and board, and pick-up from the airport, train or bus. A Transportation Cost Compensation (TCC) is optional: a set amount you pay back against the volunteer's travel invoice, stated in your placement offer. Training week included.

Annual membership is 500 euros for 365 days. We aim to keep the model low-risk. Costs are typically performance-based (e.g., per confirmed participant), not heavy upfront fees.

Absolutely. You can showcase all your camp programs, School trip sessions, and work placement opportunities within your camp profile.
