About the Staff
Camp Europe assembles a dynamic and passionate team of young adults, primarily aged 19 and above, from diverse global backgrounds. Each summer, approximately 200 staff members are selected to serve as Camp Counselors, Language Coaches, Outdoor Education Specialists, High Ropes Course Instructors, Leadership Coordinators, and Camp Directors. These individuals undergo intensive training, including a one-week preparatory course and a two-week shadowing period, equipping them with skills to engage effectively with children and manage various camp activities. The team is committed to fostering personal growth, intercultural exchange, and creating memorable experiences for campers across Europe.

- Applicants must be 21 or older by June 16th.
- Strong communication, organizational, and social skills are required.
- English fluency is essential, and a positive, adaptable attitude toward outdoor living is crucial.
- Applicants must be independent, responsible, and committed to the program.
- A Class B driver’s license is preferred.
- Three interviews and the documentation process must be successfully completed.
- High resilience and proactivity are needed for intensive training and camp placements.
